     PLAYMAKING can not be trained 

     PLYOMETRICS improves:
     For all positions: Speed, Agility, Vertical Jump, Fatigue 

     RUNNING DRILLS improves: 
     For all positions: Speed, Fatigue 

     BALL HANDLING improves: 
     For all positions: Ball Carrying, Catching, Throwing Accuracy 

     WEIGHT TRAINING improves: 
     For QB: Durability, Arm Strength, Ball Carrying, Break Tackle 
     For HB, FB, WR, TE: Durability, Pass Blocking, Run Blocking, Ball Carrying, Break Tackle 
     For OL: Durability, Pass Blocking, Run Blocking, Ball Carrying 
     For DL, LB, CB, S: Durability, Pass Rush, Tackle, Run Defense, Ball Carrying 
     For P, K: Durability, Kicking Distance, Ball Carrying 

     GAME FILMS improves: 
     For all positions: Discipline, Field Reading, Awareness, Visions 

     SCRIMMAGES improves: 
     For QB: Discipline, Field Reading, Throwing Accuracy, Awareness, Tackle 
     For HB, FB, WR, TE: Discipline, Field Reading, Pass Blocking, Run Blocking, Tackle, Catching, Ball Carrying
